Services Specialist - Customer Order and Fulfillment
Tasks
- Communicate with COE leaders and business strategy teams
- Coordinate short term production planning
- Create demand schedules
- Fulfill demand for spare and small materials
- Handle purchase order receipt
- Initiate QWFs for product transfer or introduction
- Input customer forecasts and orders
- Manage change requests and fulfillment issues
- Manage customer orders in Oracle ERP
- Manage transportation requests to logistics
- Reconcile open purchase orders weekly
- Serve as primary customer contact
- Support shipment process with accurate data
