- Liaise with vendors
- Maintain MEP systems
- Maintain plant rooms to standards
- Manage Corrigo work orders
- Operate critical facility systems
- Order M and E components
- Perform health and safety hazard reporting
- Produce site SOP MOP EOP
- Report maintenance and stock usage
- Respond to alarm notifications
- Serve as authorized person
