- Complete Corrigo work orders in CMMS
- Complete shift handover reports
- Evaluate and escalate asset risks
- Inspect MEP assets
- Issue PTW and ensure compliance
- Lead Planned, Corrective, and Reactive Maintenance
- Liaise with supply chain for M and E components
- Manage vendor service visits
- Operate and maintain MEP systems
- Perform health and safety compliance activities
- Report work order activity and spares usage
- Respond to ONWH alarm notifications
