Shuttle Driver - Bellman
Tasks
- Arrange and store luggage carts
- Carry baggage to guest rooms
- Comply with quality assurance standards
- Deliver packages faxes and messages
- Document vehicle incidents and report to manager
- Greet guests
- Inspect shuttle van for condition and cleanliness
- Maintain cleanliness of hotel entrances and lobby
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
- Maintain professional uniform and appearance
- Notify personnel of vehicle maintenance needs
- Open entrance doors
- Pick up and deliver guest laundry for valet service
- Protect company assets
- Report injuries and unsafe work conditions to manager
- Safely drive shuttle van
- Sell hotel amenities
