Site Reliability Engineer (Data warehouse administration)
Tasks
- Automate operational tasks
- Design monitoring alerting and observability
- Ensure data warehouse system availability
- Handle patching and system upgrades
- Maintain ETL workflow orchestration
- Maintain operational documentation SOPs and runbooks
- Manage data warehouse platform reliability
- Manage deployments and configuration changes
- Monitor system health and query performance
- Optimize resource utilization
- Participate in on-call incident response
- Perform root cause analysis for failures and performance bottlenecks
- Support Azure Blob storage integrations
- Support ETL workflows and ingestion processes
- Support Power BI Gateway connectivity
- Troubleshoot Spark jobs and SparkSQL workloads
- Troubleshoot production incidents across data pipelines
