Site Reliability Engineer
Tasks
- Convert incident learnings into tools documentation and improvements
- Improve runbooks monitoring and alerting
- Investigate and resolve production defects
- Lead incident triage and recovery
- Partner with engineering and customer teams during escalations
- Perform root cause analysis and track remediation
- Support AWS and Databricks production systems
- Troubleshoot data pipeline reliability issues
- Write Python code to automate operational workflows
