Tasks
- Automate repetitive infrastructure tasks
- Collaborate with Dev and Product for reliability by design
- Define SLOs and KPIs for service performance
- Develop automation tools for deployments
- Implement fault tolerance load balancing redundancy
- Improve monitoring and alerting
- Investigate and resolve production incidents
- Optimize resource usage for performance and energy efficiency
- Participate in architecture reviews
- Perform root cause analysis and remediation
