- Analyze survey results and customer feedback
- Apply human centered design and service design principles
- Contribute to voice of the customer programs and feedback analysis
- Ensure ethical research practices including informed consent and data protection
- Lead research studies including surveys interviews usability tests ethnographic methods
- Partner with stakeholders to define CX metrics and evaluate research impact
- Present findings to stakeholders and advocate for customer centered improvements
- Support continuous improvement linking research insights to service outcomes
- Synthesize data into insights reports personas journey maps data visualizations
