SO_IT Infrastructure Support Engineer–Storage and Server_TM_2026
Tasks
- Assist with SAN NAS RMA processes
- Collaborate with server, network, and database teams
- Coordinate vendor support for server issues
- Handle 24 7 follow the sun shift handovers
- Investigate storage incidents
- Maintain incident documentation
- Monitor server environments
- Perform basic server maintenance
- Resolve server incidents
- Track escalated issues until closure
- Troubleshoot storage hardware issues
