- Advise engineering leaders on PostgreSQL decisions
- Contribute to PostgreSQL internals and features
- Develop and oversee advanced testing and benchmarking
- Drive upstream first strategy
- Ensure performance and reliability at scale
- Guide replication and high availability practices
- Lead PostgreSQL technical direction
- Partner with Database Engineering and SRE teams
- Represent Apple in PostgreSQL community
