Software Developer Customer Data Platforms
Tasks
- Build ingestion pipelines using batch APIs streaming APIs and source connectors
- Build integrations between Adobe platforms and CRM analytics data lakes and campaign platforms
- Configure and build multichannel journeys triggers decision logic and conditions
- Configure segmentation service for rule based and audience streaming segmentation
- Design and configure AEP schemas datasets identities and ingestion workflows
- Develop message templates and dynamic personalization
- Implement ETL pipelines data transformations and API orchestration
- Implement XDM based modeling
- Integrate AJO with AEP profiles events and decisioning logic
- Manage incident response root cause analysis and issue resolution
- Monitor platform health performance and SLA compliance
- Perform unit integration and end to end testing and UAT validation
- Produce technical documentation data flow diagrams schema dictionaries and integration specs
- Set up profile stitching and identity resolution
- Troubleshoot ingestion failures segmentation issues and identity stitching problems
