- Build AI native data agents and Copilot experiences
- Build and maintain Azure data platform
- Deliver incremental solutions from support KPIs in agile team
- Design data pipelines ingest and unify customer support signals
- Develop governed semantic models and Power BI datasets
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance
- Implement retrieval orchestration and model evaluation
- Monitor improve reliability performance and cost of pipelines
- Participate in live site on call incident resolution
- Write secure tested code and perform code reviews
