Tasks
- Account for tribe operations performance and people
- Design and develop infrastructure and software platforms for pre production services
- Ensure compliance with enterprise policies and procedures
- Execute tribe strategy
- Facilitate capacity conflicts
- Improve delivery lifecycle and engineering handbook principles
- Lead large multi span multi layered teams
- Lead software delivery lifecycle
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Manage enterprise application portfolio risks issues and total cost of ownership
- Manage stakeholder relationships and escalation
- Measure and improve tribe performance across people process and technology
- Monitor availability latency and service health
- Perform load testing capacity planning and launch reviews
- Remove squad organizational blockers
- Serve as technical owner for tribe applications and platforms
