Software Engineer, Technical Leadership - Supply Chain Optimization and Capacity
Tasks
- Architect production platforms for supply chain planning and execution
- Communicate technical and business tradeoffs to senior leaders and executives
- Define multi year technical strategy for optimization and capacity planning decision systems
- Drive alignment across teams resolving technical tradeoffs
- Establish engineering patterns model governance validation and operational standards
- Identify opportunities to reduce stranded capacity and waste
- Lead design of solver and simulation backed systems
- Mentor and raise the technical bar for optimization and planning engineers
- Partner with cross functional teams to improve forecast accuracy and measurable assumptions
- Translate operations research models into production grade software
