- Build and harden distributed services for durability consistency replication
- Design and build distributed storage systems
- Develop next generation AI data platform storage
- Improve reliability with observability telemetry failure injection chaos testing automated remediation
- Improve security and compliance with TLS authN authZ crypto FIPS STIG NIST practices
- Mentor peers and drive cross team feature delivery
- Optimize performance across compute memory IO networking storage
- Own end to end system design implementation testing deployment support
- Write design documentation and RFCs and perform code reviews
