Software Production Engineer
Tasks
- Address production support issues
- Analyze data patterns and test hypotheses
- Collaborate with business users and product managers
- Cross-train and mentor team members
- Design client-side/server-side architecture
- Develop, deploy, test, and maintain technical assets
- Ensure on-time project delivery
- Lead detailed design and development (front-end/back-end)
- Lead teams and manage performance
- Manage expectations and proactively address roadblocks
- Own project deliverables and ensure quality
- Perform manual claims selection and audit review
- Perform unit testing and integration
- Produce scalable high-quality code
- Provide inputs on scalable features
