Software Project Lead Engineer Space Vehicle Embedded Software Development
Tasks
- Collaborate with engineering teams and contractors across NASA programs
- Design and develop embedded software prototype and flight software
- Ensure adherence to standard software process practices
- Integrate and test software and hardware in avionics test bed and flight certification environments
- Lead software development team and prioritize new features
- Manage project schedule and give technical presentations and demonstrations
- Perform software integration test and verification
- Perform systems engineering for software requirements and interface definitions
- Support customer status reporting
- Support recruiting and team member development initiatives
