- Advise on sovereignty requirements and cloud deployment tradeoffs
- Assess and support LLM selection for use case fit
- Conduct customer readiness assessments for data and infrastructure
- Create solution roadmaps and architectural design views
- Deliver proof of value AI use cases and hands on implementations
- Design model lifecycle governance and operational workflows
- Design scalable secure sovereign AI Factory architectures
- Develop data modeling ingestion and data quality patterns
- Lead go to market for AI Factory and sovereign AI propositions
- Review solutions against enterprise architecture standards and AI Factory principles
- Run AI ready datacenter assessments for GPU storage networking and security
- Share reference architectures lessons learned and emerging trends
- Translate business use cases into production ready AI platforms
- Validate feasibility remove blockers and support customer adoption
