Tasks
- Advise senior stakeholders on platform roadmaps and modernization
- Conduct testing governance and change management
- Create operational processes procedures and best practices
- Design cloud native data platform architectures
- Develop automation accelerators templates and playbooks
- Drive proactive monitoring incident management and performance tuning
- Implement infrastructure as code monitoring and operational tooling
- Lead and mentor technical teams for customer platform delivery
- Lead incident response and problem management processes
- Manage capacity planning and continuous optimization
- Own platform implementation and ongoing operations
- Perform code configuration reviews and ensure documentation and runbooks
- Translate business security and operational requirements into architectures
