Tasks
- Build relationships with community leaders and partners
- Communicate with supervisor and team on workload priorities
- Complete documentation and generate reports
- Comply with allowable and prohibited marketing practices
- Conduct home visits for prospective participants
- Coordinate outreach PR community engagement activities
- Develop annual marketing plan to meet enrollment goals
- Educate community referral sources on services
- Generate participant referrals to drive enrollment
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Use Salesforce Athena and Microsoft Office for reporting
