Specialist Cloud Database Engineer
Tasks
- Automate database operations with scripts
- Configure SQL Server replication
- Design SQL Server database solutions
- Develop SQL and T-SQL scripts and stored procedures
- Manage database schema in Git repositories
- Mentor DBAs and engineers
- Monitor database environments
- Participate in agile ceremonies
- Perform database backup restore disaster recovery
- Perform root cause analysis for performance issues
- Provision and support AWS RDS for MySQL and Aurora
- Support SQL Server AlwaysOn availability groups
