- Assess automation solutions with technology teams
- Coordinate downstream impact of data changes
- Enforce master and reference data standards
- Ensure SOP compliance and regulatory governance
- Execute governance policies for customer data
- Execute stewardship workflows for create change retire match merge
- Investigate data anomalies and coordinate remediation
- Lead automation and agentic AI initiatives for workflow streamlining
- Lead customer master data stewardship
- Maintain change control discipline
- Maintain customer golden record
- Manage service level agreements SLA
- Monitor data quality and resolve issues
- Optimize stewardship workflows with rule based processing
- Perform merge and unmerge activities
- Prepare stewardship reports and quality metrics
- Review validate and consolidate customer records
- Support sensitive data handling PII PHI
- Support system upgrades and release testing
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT)
