Specialist Software Engineer (Chatbot)
Tasks
- Assist with go live steps
- Complete account adjustments per policy
- Configure and build chatbot integrations
- Configure product for customer needs
- Create design documents and functional requirements
- Deploy customer solutions according to contract
- Document technical requirements
- Educate customers on technical information
- Escalate implementation delays to implementation manager
- Gather business requirements from customers
- Review designs and code with customers and peers
- Track and record billable hours
- Troubleshoot and debug SaaS applications
- Write test cases and deployment guides
