Tasks
- Conduct design and code reviews
- Conduct root cause analysis for complex system issues
- Create design documentation and technical specifications
- Debug across hardware software boundaries
- Define system architecture and software frameworks
- Drive technical decision making and trade offs
- Ensure real time safety and reliability requirements
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Implement scalable reusable software components
- Lead and mentor embedded engineers and junior developers
- Lead embedded software architecture design development
- Lead end to end delivery of embedded components
- Lead system and software level testing integration and validation
- Provide hands on guidance to engineering teams
- Support field issues and critical escalations
- Translate product requirements into technical solutions
