Sr. Analytics Engineer
Tasks
- Architect dbt model layers
- Build consensus on shared data asset definitions
- Define and govern KPI and metric layer
- Define transformation logic and documentation standards
- Design semantic layer data access for stakeholders
- Develop data marts for dashboards and experimentation
- Ensure reliability of transformation pipelines
- Establish data quality frameworks
- Identify and resolve metric fragmentation
- Mentor analytics engineers and data analysts
- Partner with Data Science and ML for feature ready datasets
- Structure data assets for experimentation and AI workflows
- Translate business requirements into reusable data models
