- Conduct monthly syncs with service teams
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to technical field communities
- Create Centers of Excellence documentation
- Create public technical content
- Develop and deliver Apache HBase training
- Develop supportability frameworks
- Develop tools and scripts for support team
- Engage proactively with enterprise customers
- Handle escalation events
- Influence service roadmaps
- Influence stakeholders with technical concepts
- Mentor frontline engineers through monthly syncs
- Partner with development teams on complex issues
- Represent AWS at conferences and summits
- Review customer architecture and provide guidance
- Serve as Service Excellence Owner for Tier 1 and Tier 2 services
- Submit product feature requests and bug reports
- Troubleshoot Apache HBase operational issues
