Sr Customer Fulfillment Coordinator
Tasks
- Conduct business reviews and analyze relevant data
- Coordinate customer fulfillment compliance activities and internal documentation
- Coordinate month end order checkpoints and shipment accuracy
- Coordinate trade terms reviews and returned goods policies
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal business units
- Develop corrective action plans for identified gaps
- Enhance customer application forms and operational documentation
- Execute recall planning and compliance communication
- Maintain frequently asked questions webpages
- Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
- Manage customer fulfillment solutions for new business requests
- Manage relationships with external logistics vendors and third party providers
- Serve as business systems owner for Tracelink
- Support internal and external audits
- Support supply failure reporting and ad hoc requests
- Update authorized distributor lists
