Sr Customer Fulfillment Coordinator

Tasks

• Conduct business reviews and analyze relevant data
• Coordinate customer fulfillment compliance activities and internal documentation
• Coordinate month end order checkpoints and shipment accuracy
• Coordinate trade terms reviews and returned goods policies
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships with internal business units
• Develop corrective action plans for identified gaps
• Enhance customer application forms and operational documentation
• Execute recall planning and compliance communication
• Maintain frequently asked questions webpages
• Maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures
• Manage customer fulfillment solutions for new business requests
• Manage relationships with external logistics vendors and third party providers
• Serve as business systems owner for Tracelink
• Support internal and external audits
• Support supply failure reporting and ad hoc requests
• Update authorized distributor lists
