Sr. Delivery Solutions Engineer
Tasks
- Coordinate professional services delivery plans
- Create KPI reporting on usage and customer health
- Create point of view to accelerate use cases into production
- Develop execution plan for customer facing technical roles
- Drive onboarding enablement success and go live
- Engage with solutions architects on use case demand plans
- Lead post technical win strategy and execution
- Manage technical escalations for production issues
- Provide technical account leadership
