- Build and maintain agentic workflows connecting HR platforms
- Build backend and frontend components
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements
- Develop RAG pipelines, vector stores, and embedding workflows
- Develop, test, and deploy full-stack AI applications
- Document technical designs and code
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and trends
- Identify and prioritize use cases
- Implement AI solutions following security, data privacy, and ethical guidelines
- Implement APIs, microservices, and system integrations
