Tasks
- Build and enhance operational playbooks and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
- Develop operational standards and delivery frameworks
- Implement preventative measures and reliability improvements
- Lead incident bridges and troubleshooting sessions
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles
- Mentor peers and support team upskilling
- Monitor and support ETL ELT pipelines
- Own operational support and incident management for cloud data platforms
- Respond to pager incidents and perform root cause analysis
