Sr. Fulfillment Manager

- Adjust fulfillment plans to meet service levels
- Coach managers and drive process improvement
- Collaborate with finance on budget and cost control
- Create action plans for changing customer needs
- Develop packing guidelines auditing procedures
- Develop production plans for shipping activities
- Drive daily forecasting planning scheduling execution
- Ensure timely accurate picking processing shipping
- Establish safety first culture
- Implement LEAN continuous improvement
- Integrate quality systems for serviceability
- Lead fulfillment center operations
- Maintain finished goods inventory accuracy
- Manage labor plans
- Manage operational budget
- Manage supply chain activities
- Mentor managers technical operational knowledge
- Monitor ship schedule progress
- Partner with engineering on logistics initiatives
