- Analyze problems and develop solutions using database queries
- Build and distribute EHR and clinical reports
- Build and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms
- Configure EHR workflows rules and masterfiles
- Coordinate project pre work configuration testing training activation and post live support
- Create test scripts and perform testing
- Develop training materials and conduct IT training
- Document application design and build documents
- Implement approved system changes
- Lead operational workgroups and document next steps
- Maintain data security integrity backup and recovery procedures
- Participate in interface planning design and testing
- Perform exploratory data analysis on complex high dimensional data
- Provide after hours on call support for critical systems
- Support EHR and clinical business information system application build and maintenance
- Troubleshoot application end user issues
