Tasks
- Automate manual People operations using configuration as code
- Build custom extensions and integrations using APIs and middleware
- Design and deliver complex solutions across Workday and integrations
- Enable People reporting and analytics data for BI and compliance
- Implement event driven People workflows
- Lead engineering efforts for People data flows and lifecycle events
- Own technical design for integrations and data contracts
- Participate in on call rotations and operational ownership
- Provide technical leadership and code reviews
