Sr. Lead People Analytics Developer
Tasks
- Analyze HR and workforce data for trends risks and opportunities
- Define KPIs metrics and reporting frameworks
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations
- Ensure data accuracy integrity and governance across HR systems
- Extract transform and analyze data with SQL
- Optimize data pipelines and reporting with data engineering teams
- Support HR data architecture and data warehousing best practices
- Translate datasets into narratives and presentations for stakeholders
