Sr Lead Software Engineer - IBM Planning Analytics/TM1 Solutions & Databricks

Tasks
- Architect and maintain TM1 models for performance and scalability
- Build and manage TM1 processes and ETL with system integrations
- Develop and maintain Planning Analytics Workspace artifacts
- Drive adoption of AI assisted engineering practices and automation
- Ensure compliance with technology risk data controls and operational resiliency
- Establish governance for security auditability change management and SDLC controls
- Lead end to end delivery of IBM Planning Analytics TM1 solutions
- Lead mentor and conduct code reviews for TM1 developers
- Manage production support monitoring incident triage and root cause analysis
- Partner with business stakeholders to define planning processes and drive adoption
- Use software development life cycle toolchain for delivery and automation
