- Align strategies with Field Engineering and Sales
- Design standardized delivery processes
- Develop executive customer relationships
- Guide and scope technical AI ML engagements
- Hire and mentor data scientists and ML engineers
- Lead AI professional services initiatives and practice development
- Lead and scale AI/ML professional services team
- Manage escalations and ensure delivery success
- Own OKRs for AI services led accounts
- Represent company as AI/ML thought leader
- Shape cross functional collaboration with Product R and D and GTM
