Sr. Manager, Digital Product Analytics
Tasks
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Mixpanel
- Conduct deep dive analyses for roadmap prioritization
- Develop hypotheses and success metrics for A B tests
- Drive GA4 analytics reimplementation support
- Identify analytics gaps and build scalable dashboards
- Lead CRO opportunity identification
- Manage and coach senior associate analyst
- Map digital funnels and validate reporting
- Oversee weekly and monthly website and app performance reporting
- Own Fullstory and Mixpanel contract and vendor needs
- Own KPI frameworks for ecommerce and subscription performance
- Partner with product growth engineering CRM and marketing on KPIs
- Perform post test analyses with lift and significance
- Present insights and experiment results to stakeholders
- Support A B test design and readouts
