Sr Manager Fulfillment Operations
Tasks
- Build reporting on return rates reasons recovery rates and cycle time
- Develop enforce QA protocols and investigate discrepancies
- Develop returns SOPs and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws regulations and industry standards
- Identify process improvement opportunities and streamline operations
- Lead warehouse operations team and set operational goals
- Maintain FBA SOPs for Amazon compliance minimize chargebacks
- Maintain and update SOPs and conduct audits
- Maintain inventory accuracy cycle counts and variance resolution
- Manage WMS accuracy bin management lot tracking and system reconciliation
- Manage order processing inventory management and shipping logistics
- Optimize FBA shipment planning and tracking metrics
- Oversee end to end fulfillment operations
- Own FBA prep operations labeling packaging and shipment creation
- Own returns and reverse logistics receiving inspection disposition and system updates
- Partner with IT on WMS enhancements system integrations and automation
- Prepare operational performance reports for senior management
