Tasks
- Communicate risks tradeoffs and platform health to senior leadership
- Design and oversee scalable batch and streaming data pipelines
- Establish and enforce engineering best practices
- Identify and mitigate technical debt delivery risks and scalability constraints
- Lead Oracle database migration from on prem to GCP
- Lead coach and develop engineering managers and senior engineers
- Lead production operations root cause analysis and incident reduction
- Maintain hands on involvement in solution design and complex problem solving
- Own end to end technical delivery for operational data platforms
- Partner with business leaders and platform teams on data contracts and integration patterns
- Provide technical leadership for contact center data architecture modernization
