- Administer and support Cloudera Data Services
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment
- Automate patch management
- Automate security compliance and regulatory validation
- Build infrastructure automation for platform operations
- Conduct production troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Enable and maintain security controls
- Implement observability monitoring logging and alerting
- Install configure administer and maintain CDP clusters
- Maintain automated CI/CD pipelines
- Optimize Hadoop cluster performance and stability
- Optimize Spark workloads performance

- Provide Tier 2 production support
- Support CDP containerization with Cloudera Data Services
