Tasks
- Automate operational toil with tooling and workflows
- Build and operate production platforms
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on reliability
- Create runbooks and operational documentation
- Establish SLOs and reliability targets
- Implement infrastructure automation
- Improve observability with dashboards alerts and traces
- Manage incident response and on-call operations
- Monitor provider latency rate limits quotas and authentication
- Perform root cause analysis
- Troubleshoot application and provider API failures
