Sr Staff Behavioral Data Scientist - Customer Success
Tasks
- Collaborate cross functionally to scale effective behavioral interventions
- Define behavioral and operational metrics linking support to engagement outcomes
- Design and evaluate structured experiments
- Design and implement behaviorally informed support strategies
- Design frameworks to strengthen customer confidence and trust
- Develop applied behavioral interventions to improve satisfaction and resolution effectiveness
- Identify behavioral drivers of customer confusion and disengagement
- Identify opportunities to reinforce onboarding through support experiences
- Improve agent communication and decision support approaches
- Integrate behavioral evidence into customer experience strategy
- Lead integration of behavioral science into customer success ecosystem
- Measure impact on satisfaction repeat contacts activation and product utilization
- Reduce friction across high impact customer touchpoints
- Strengthen post interaction engagement and product adoption
- Translate behavioral insights into scalable support workflow improvements
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into operational recommendations
