Sr. Staff Data & Applied Scientist, GenAI & Labeling Platforms
Tasks
- Build quality estimation and routing methods
- Create reusable scalable methods and frameworks
- Design measurement frameworks for model performance and workflow outcomes
- Develop prototypes for prompt optimization and task decomposition
- Drive GenAI labeling and evaluation research
- Establish trustworthiness standards including bias measurement calibration and quality control
- Evaluate operational tradeoffs and workflow results
- Identify opportunities for LLM improved labeling quality speed coverage cost
- Implement human-in-the-loop workflows
- Mentor scientists and provide technical leadership
- Partner with engineering product and data science to productionize solutions
