Tasks
- Act as functional lead during major incidents
- Create and maintain RCA artifacts and SOPs
- Identify root cause and drive permanent fixes
- Improve incident triage and RCA using AI assisted analytics
- Lead problem management initiatives
- Own end to end resolution of Sev1 and Sev2 incidents
- Perform functional analysis of warehouse execution and fulfillment flows
- Provide functional leadership and mentor junior L2 engineers
- Serve as SME for WES AFW and Robotics Hub
- Support project and implementation activities
- Validate system behavior against business processes
