Sr. Tech AI/ML Product Manager - Job Hunt Engine
Tasks
- Build and refine matching ranking and personalization systems
- Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists
- Communicate ML concepts to technical and non technical stakeholders
- Define AI/ML product vision and roadmap
- Define data requirements and evaluation frameworks
- Design and execute experimentation and validation cycles
- Establish baseline metrics and coverage tracking
- Monitor models in production
- Own AI ML product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact
- Prototype and test AI powered features rapidly
- Run A B tests shadow model and phased rollouts
- Translate business problems into ML hypotheses
