- Build AI job discovery matching engine
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business teams
- Communicate ML concepts to stakeholders
- Decompose ambiguous problems and prioritize
- Define AI/ML product vision
- Define data requirements evaluation frameworks
- Design A B testing and experimentation
- Implement model monitoring and delivery processes
- Make data-driven Go/No-Go decisions
- Own product lifecycle from hypothesis to scaled impact
- Run shadow model and phased rollouts
- Translate business problems to ML hypotheses
