Tasks
- Advocate for customer feedback to improve products
- Collaborate on onboarding migrations customer success escalations
- Create maintain technical documentation and playbooks
- Deliver technical support for databases and cloud infrastructure
- Diagnose production issues for database performance availability replication backups connectivity
- Guide customers on scalable reliable high performing database architectures
- Identify automation opportunities for support workflows
- Participate in incident response and on-call rotations
- Use monitoring and observability tools to diagnose bottlenecks
