- Coordinate biostatistics and statistical programming personnel
- Create mock up displays for tables listings figures
- Develop statistical analysis plans
- Follow SOPs and ICH guidelines
- Generate randomization schedules
- Interface with sponsor and project teams
- Lead integrated analyses
- Maintain project documentation and QC records
- Manage project scheduling and timelines
- Monitor milestones and escalate out of scope tasks
- Perform verification and quality control of deliverables
- Prepare for regulatory agency meetings
- Provide independent review of biostatistics work
- Provide statistical programming support
- Review annotated case report forms
- Review database design
- Review statistical specifications for datasets tables listings figures
- Support Data Monitoring Committee
- Support Data Safety Monitoring Board
- Support proposal and budget development
