Staff AI Engineer (AI Enablement Platform)
Tasks
- Build production AI platform services
- Create evaluation harnesses for LLM systems
- Debug production issues and improve reliability
- Design RAG and retrieval services
- Develop AI APIs and SDKs
- Enable teams adoption through patterns documentation and reference implementations
- Enforce AI safety guardrails and structured outputs
- Handle prompt injection awareness and fallback modes
- Implement agent orchestration and tool use workflows
- Lead technical design reviews for AI systems
- Mentor engineers on production AI engineering practices
- Partner with SRE Security and Product teams to ensure scalable secure operations
- Set up LLM observability and monitoring
