Staff AI Engineer - Servicing Enablement Platform
Tasks
- Architect and coordinate across multiple platforms
- Build proofs of concept to experiment new technologies and infrastructure
- Design build and operate production grade agentic AI systems
- Drive technical direction for agentic AI initiatives
- Evaluate emerging models and agentic patterns
- Lead technical design reviews
- Mentor engineers and raise technical bar
- Own and evolve shared agentic AI capabilities
- Partner across teams to deliver cross cutting agentic AI initiatives from concept to production
- Partner with risk compliance and cybersecurity teams for security and regulatory requirements
- Provide technical consulting for secure product rollouts
